Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

However, please be aware that if the artwork you ordered is customized in any way, such as a personalized portrait or a commissioned painting, we will not be able to provide a refund as the artwork has been specifically created for you.

In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
