Illustrations:
Our illustrations are high-quality prints of Martha Lalinde's original artwork. These prints are created using a specialized printing process that ensures the colors and details of the original artwork are captured accurately. When you purchase an illustration, you are purchasing a high-quality print of the original artwork, which can be reproduced and sold in larger quantities. Illustrations are a great option for those who love Martha Lalinde's artwork but are looking for a more affordable option.

Processing Time:
We process orders within 3-10 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that personalized or customized artwork may take additional days to process, as each piece is unique.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time depends on the shipping address and the weight of the package. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

However, please be aware that if the artwork you ordered is customized in any way, such as a personalized portrait or a commissioned painting, we will not be able to provide a refund as the artwork has been specifically created for you.

In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
